• 6-8 chicken breasts, cut to about the size of a sandwich bun
• 6-8 buns
• 1 /2 cups flour
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of Spice Islands® Black Pepper
• 1 tsp of Spice Islands Garlic Powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups crushed cornflakes
• 1/4 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
• 1 cup pimento cheese
