• Quick & Easy Beef Stir-Fry with Rice Noodles
• Beef Marinade:
• 500g rump steak, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic
• 1 tbsp freshly grated or minced ginger
• 1 tbsp mirin
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
• 1 tbsp white or brown sugar (optional)
• Cracked black pepper (optional)
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• A drizzle of oil
• Stir-Fry:
• 400g rice noodles
• 1 brown onion, sliced
• 4 spring onions, chopped
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or substitute with tamari or light soy sauce)
• Bean sprouts (optional)
• Sesame oil (optional)
