Portuguese Masala Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken make slits
• Add in:
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ cup nando's lemon and herb sauce
• ½ cup nando's prego sauce
• Ginger garlic masala
• 2 cloves fresh crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• Sprinkle parsley bake covered 30 minutes.
