Ingredients
- 6 unbleached bread flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp white sugar
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 and 1/8 cup lukewarm beer
- 1 1/2 tbsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup melted, unsalted butter
- 2 cups shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced parsley and chives
