• 1/2 cup bourbon
• 1 small red onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jalapeño, diced
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
