Bbq Steak Prego Rolls / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kilo topside steak ( u can use whatever you prefer )
• oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 3 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon gorimas steak and chops spice
• 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon spurs bbq sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomatp sauce .
• 2 to 3 onions
• add to oil with 1 tablespoon sugar braise until translucent , remove and set aside
• 3 tablespoon mayo
• 5 tablespoon spurs sauce
• 2 tablespoon prego sauce / nandos sauce of your choice .
