Bbq Steak Pitas recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kilo rump steak
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Robertson bbq spice
• 1 tablespoon Robertson steak and chops spice
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 tablespoon worchester Sauce
• 3 tablespoon Spurs steak sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Oil
• Salt to taste ( Robertson spices are salty so plz taste first )
• 2 to 3 grated carrots ( squeeze water out )
• Some grated cucumber ( squeeze water out )
• Chopped pickled gherkins or jalapeño or both
• Add mayo and yoghurt
• Some salt and brown sugar
• 4 to 5 tablespoon spurs steak sauce
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
