Ingredients

• 3 cups (750 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking powder
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking soda
• 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups (500 ml) sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
• 4 to 5 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork (625 ml / 2 1/2 cups)
• 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) chocolate chips
