Maccheroncini Fibrella with rabbit meat and creamy beans sauce

Ingredients

• 280g of pasta (Macaroni Fibrella Leonessa)
• 400g of rabbit meat
• 200g of fresh milk
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 1 stalk of celery
• 100g of cooked white beans (we use "Mostaccioli")
• 1dl of dry white wine
• 1dl of dry Marsala
• 6 tablespoons of extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 50g of Parmesan cheese
• 50g of Herbs
• Salt to taste.
