• 300g ground beef
• 300g ground pork
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 egg
• 2 slices of stale bread (only the crumb, soaked, squeezed and grated)
• 1 tbsp. white vinegar
• Salt, Pepper
• Olive oil
• 500g Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS
• Fresh chopped basil (optional)
