• 3 tablespoons water
• 5 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup honey roasted cashews, if desired
