Three Pepper Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 2 Tbs cooking oil
• 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
• 1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (Salsa Picante)
• 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 10 ounce prepared pizza crust
