Carrot Yoghurt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup grated carrots
• 1 cup (plain) yoghurt
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup medium unsulfured molasses
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup sunflower oil
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 1/2 cup bran
• 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
