Extra Bold Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp Olive oil
• ½ Red onion, chopped
• 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
• 4 10-inch Flour tortillas
• 3 Tbsp Butter
• 1 ½ cups Chicken, cooked and cut into strips (Substitute roast beef or steak if desired)
• 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• ½ cup Creamy Horseradish Sauce
