- 6 Flour tortillas, 10 inches in diameter
- 3/4 cup Tulkoff Chipotle Chili Aioli
- 3 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 4 Vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
- 2 1/2 cups Chicken, shredded
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 4 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Sour cream, optional
