Blackened Chicken Quesadilla - Tulkoff Food Products

• 3 Tbsp Lime juice
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Red pepper
• 1/2 lb Blackened chicken, cooked, chopped or shredded
• 1/4 cup Tulkoff Pesto Genovese
• 1/2 cup Tomato, diced
• 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
• 3-4 tsp Cilantro
• 2 12" Flour tortillas, if using as meal
• 4 6" Flour tortillas, if using as appetizer
• 1/2 cup Shredded jack cheese or Mexican four cheese
• Salsa, as garnish
• Sour Cream, as garnish
