Berry Garden Cakes - Wish Farms

Ingredients

• 1 (8-inch) round angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 1/4 cups whole milk
• 2 (2.8 ounce) boxes of vanilla instant pudding
• 1 orange juice and zest
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups heavy cream, whipped with 2 tablespoons of sugar to between soft and firm peaks
• 2 pints fresh Wish Farm berries, rinsed and tops removed
• 1 cup sugar; more to taste
• 2 lemons, juice and zest
• ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
• ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 (16 ounce) oreo* style cookies
• 13 each Wish Farm Strawberries, rinsed and halved
• 26 sprigs of mint or any herb/edible flowers you have
• 26 plants tags, optional
