Berry Biscuit Bake - Wish Farms

Ingredients

• 2 – 16.3 oz cans large ready-made biscuits
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup (or more) desired Wish Farms berries
• 2 eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
• 3 or 4 tablespoons milk (start with 3 and adjust for correct consistency)
• Pinch of salt
• Icing can also be subbed for honey or maple syrup
