Ingredients

• 1 1/2 LBS. ground beef
• 3/4 LB. ground pork
• 1/2 LB. ground veal
• 1 package bacon
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• 2 eggs, plus one yolk
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 onion chopped

• Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 TSP. dijon mustard
• 2 TSP. Worshtershire sauce
• 1 1/4 TSP. salt
• 1/2 TSP. fine ground pepper
