Ingredients
- 25 g Coconut Oil or melted butter
- 50 g Desiccated Coconut
- 125 ml Honey
- 1 tbsp Linseed (optional)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 sticks SuperValu Fresh Ginger (from a jar) finely chopped
- 150 g SuperValu Goodness Pecan Nuts finely chopped
- 150 g SuperValu Hazelnuts finely chopped
- 1 drop SuperValu Sunflower Oil for greasing
- 2 tbsp Supervalu Goodness Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 100 g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 50 g Dried Cranberries finely chopped
- 100 g Milk Chocolate
- 50 g White Chocolate
