Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tbsp mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 1/2 tsp citric acid
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 15 curry leaves
• 3 green chillies chopped
• 1 cup sweetcorn
• 3 medium boiled potatoes small pieces
• 2 cups tomato
• 4 tins of chickpeas
• Onions, sev and coriander for garnish
