- 170g tinned sweetcorn corn, drained and rinsed
- 40g vegan feta, crumbled
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 15g fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2-1 green chilli/jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp pul biber
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- to taste lime juice
- to taste (depending on how salty the feta is) salt
- 2-4 sourdough slices
- to garnish coriander
- to taste hot sauce
