Ingredients: 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic masala; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa biryani masala; ½ cup sour milk; ½ cup fresh cream; 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo @purespice_sa; 2 teaspoon chilli 🌶 powder; 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli 🌶 powder; 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric); 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala; 3 slit chillies; ½ cup tomato 🍅 puree; ½ teaspoon saffron essence; 3 liquidised tomatoes 🍅; ½ cup fried onions 🌰; Sprinkle Masoor (Back lentils) and chopped dhania (coriander). Potatoes then rice.; Sprinkle fried onions 🌰 on top with dhania (coriander) and few blobs of butter; Sprinkle ¼ cup water💧.

½ teaspoon saffron essence
