• 1 cup milk, whole or 2%
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup strawberries, diced ¼ inch
• 2 tablespoons sparkling sugar
• 2 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 cups sliced strawberries for top of cake
