Adam Liaw's taco pie

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 500g beef mince
• 400g can three bean mix, drained
• 700ml tomato passata
• 50g chipotle in adobo (optional)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
