Ingredients

• 1 lb small red potatoes
• 1 lb small yellow potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for basting)
• 1 tsp Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
• 2 tbsp chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp ranch dressing (or to taste)
