- 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda
- 3 tablespoons molasses (not blackstrap)
- 3/4 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
