Ingredients

• 1 kg sliced beef
• 3 glasses thick coconut milk
• 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tbsp tamarind juice
• Sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ glass finely grated coconut, pan roasted until oily
