- 4 whole skinless, boneless medium chicken breasts, uniform in size

- 8 swiss cheese slices
- - a little cracked black pepper
- 1 1/4 - teaspoon paprika
- scant - 1/3 cup of flour
- 1/2 - cup butter, 1 stick
- 2/3 - cup marsala wine
- 1 teaspoon chicken granules
- 1 1/2 - tablespoons corn starch
- 1 cup heavy cream
