• 1 Cup White Onion, medium onion, small diced

• 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 24 Oz Marinara Sauce, see note 2
• 1 tsp Chili Flakes
• 1/2 Cup Red Wine
• 1 tsp Anchovy Paste, or 2 minced fillets
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
