Ingredients

• 1 cup oil
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 cup flour (plus 2 T for topping)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 cup chopped apples
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon butter (soft)
