Cinnamon Rolls – The Joe Must Go On

Ingredients

• 1 cup warm milk (45 seconds in microwave)
• 1 tsp sugar (yeast mixture)
• 1 tsp salt (yeast mixture)
• 2 tsp active dry yeast (yeast mixture)
• 2 eggs whisked
• 1.5 tbs vanilla extract
• 1 stick salted butter (½ cup) softened
• 2 cups AP flour
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 stick of softened butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• ¾ Cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1.5 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbs heavy cream
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 5 tbs butter
• 1 cup powder sugar
• 1-2 tbs of heavy whipping cream
