Fall Harvest Carrot and Raisin Salad – Orange Cat Community Farm

Ingredients

• 1 pound carrots, peeled and shredded
• 1 ½ cups apples (I use macs, or granny) cored and sliced thin
• 1/4 cup dark raisins
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup skim milk
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 ½ tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
