• 3 tbsps (45 ml) lard
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) tomato paste
• 2 tsps (10 ml) garlic powder
• 2 tsps (10 ml) onion powder
• 3/4 tsp (4 ml) pepper ground black
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato purée
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh grated Parmesan cheese plus more for garnishing
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) fresh parsley finely chopped
