Hot Browns on the grill

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons flour
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/4 cup milk
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 onion
• 2 cloves
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1 1/4 pound lean ground turkey
• 1 medium tomato (sliced )
• 6 to 8 white button mushrooms (sliced )
• 3 hamburger buns
• 6 slices of bacon
• salt and pepper
