• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp. Milk
• 1/4 c. Boiling Water
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 2 large Carrots, peeled & diced
• 2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
• 1-2 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, cooked & cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1/2 c. Beef Broth
• 1 tsp. Tomato Paste
• 1 tsp. Ground Thyme
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
• 1 tbsp. Flour
• Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
