These miniature Melton Mowbray Pork Pies are so delightfully tasty that you simply won't be able to resist once they come out of the oven!
Ingredients
- 120 gram Plain flour
- 2.5 ml Salt
- 60 gram Lard
- 35 ml Water
- 1 Beaten egg, to glaze
- 225 grams Lean pork (chopped (shoulder would be ideal, but not bacon or ham))
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 125 ml Pork stock
- 15 grams gelatine
