• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper ground black (club house)
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped celery
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped green onion
• 2 hard-cooked eggs peeled and chopped
