Introduction This is a really comforting dish that never has anything but an empty plate at the end!
Ingredients
- 500 grams minced beef
- 1 packet smokey bacon
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped - between 1-4 cloves, up to you, I use 4!!)
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 296 millilitres beef stock
- 1 packet macaroni
- 225 grams frozen peas
- 1 packet white sauce (or make your own)
- double gloucester cheese (or Cheddar cheese)
