• 1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Diced White Potatoes, drained
• 1 can (14.5 oz.) Libby's Cut Wax Beans, drained
• 1 stalk green onion/scallion, chopped
• 4 oz crumbled, cooked bacon (for topping; optional)
