- 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 30g Ivy’s Reserve Butter
- Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Thyme (optional to serve)
