• 2 tablespons sugar
• 1 cup salted soft butter
• few drops almond extract
• few drops vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 6 tablespoons salted butter, cut into bits
• 1 teaspoon. vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel salt
• 2 cups fresh pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
