Mediterranean Herb and Olive Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1½ cups Puck® Squeeze Cheese
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp dill, chopped
• 1 tbsp basil, chopped
• 1 tbsp thyme or zaatar leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic, finely minced or 0.5 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• salt to taste
• ¼ cups carrots, grated
• ¼ cups kalamata olives (black, green or a mix of both), rinsed and finely chopped
