• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
• 1 small red onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of Italian bread crumbs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano or Italian herb mix
• 1/2 of a red bell pepper
• 2 tablespoons Basil Pesto
