Ingredients
- 3 rashers smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Mellow Yellow Oil
- handful cold cooked chopped turkey or chicken
- 1 generous tablespoon homemade mayonnaise
- 4-6 leaves of little gem lettuce
- 4 slices bread (we love sourdough for this sandwich)
