Leftover Turkey Cheese Bake | Mama Knows

Ingredients

• ½ cup of chopped onion
• ½ cup of chopped green pepper
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
• 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1 jar (2 oz.) of diced pimiento, drained
• ½ teaspoon of dried basil
• 1 package (8 oz.) of noodles, cooked and drained
• 3 cups of diced cooked turkey
• 2 cups of ricotta cheese
• 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup of buttered bread crumbs
