Gingerbread Cookies Recipe
Gingerbread Cookies This is a terrific recipe and reminds me of the cookies they served at a local bakery while I was growing up. This is the best gingerbread cookie recipe I have ever had! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter or margarine 5 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup molasses (NOT BLACKSTRAP!!!) 1 Tbs. Ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbs. white or apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. cloves
