• 1 cup water
• 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
• 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
• 2 tsp. honey
• 1/4 cup sesame oil
• 1 2-inch piece garlic, peeled
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 pound dried thin spaghetti, cooked according to package directions, rinsed and cooled
• 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 orange or yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 scallions, sliced (green parts only)
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup chopped roasted salted peanuts, for garnish
