Ingredients
- 2x Onions, chopped
- 1x teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Can Rhodes Tomoto & Onion or any
- ½ teaspoon Red Chillie Flakes
- 1-2 teaspoon Sugar,
- ¼ Cup Tomoto Paste( Mixed with
- 1 Kg Steak Mince, cleaned & strained..
- ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon Fishermans spice or any Spice
- 1/ 2 teaspoon Black Pepper and
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, (grated)
- 500g Macaroni Pasta... (cooked for 7 -
- White Sauce:
- 70g Butter (melted),
- 7 teaspoon Cake Flour or 3 tablespoon Cornflour
- 200ml Milk... Add more if to thick
- Pinch Salt & Black Pepper (Optional)
- 40g Cheddar Cheese
- Sprinkle some Black Pepper ( I used the coarse black pepper, & also sprinkle some mixed herbs on top!!!
- Tomato slices for decoration🍅🍅🍅
