Ingredients

• 1 boil-in-bag packet instant rice
• 1 (12-ounce) package chopped frozen broccoli
• 1 stick butter
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 (32-ounce) box chicken broth, more if needed for desired consistency
• 2 (12.5-ounce) cans of chicken, drained
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 pound processed cheese (like Velveeta)
